I learned about this Bikram Yoga through my friend and fellow blogger ..and Fitness Guru (Yessss..) Candice of mahaderangfrog.blogspot.com.

I mean, Candice stays fit with all the lunch outs at Stackers, Sbarro and caramel sundae at Mcdo, not to mention the daily servings of either Starbucks Frappe or Serenitea. Plus, heller baler! she already has Miatots, her lil' kid !! (Ok, compliment overdose... haha!)
So, hmmm... it must be the power of YOGA! Say it again with feelings, YO-GA!
So after weeks and weeks of nagging encouraging me to do Yoga, I finally agreed.
Below are Candice's thoughts on Yoga (again, taken from her blogpost): Highlighted ones are mine.
I honestly will tell everyone to try Bikram at least once in their lives. Here are the benefits:
- You will never sweat as much as this ever in your life. Places that you never knew could sweat, can sweat! -TRUE! Close friends know that I don't sweat much. But this time around, I've sweat like a kilikili of a "mabango" na construction worker under pressure!!! Yess. Like that! minus the odor.
- 90 minutes for 1 session. Usually you jog 30 minutes and you bore yourself out. Imagine doing 2 yoga sessions in a week. That's like 180 minutes. If you're smart you'll figure out that that's like equivalent to 6 (boring) jogging sessions. If you become a Yoga Nazi, 4 or 5 times a week! (Ikaw nalang magcompute ilang hours. It's late. I don't want to compute.) - Jogging bores me too that's why I always end up doing two laps, that is after stalking Gerald Anderson's house. (stalking Gerald, not the house.) And our subd is usually windy so I don't feel like I'm exercising because i don't sweat much.
- You can do alot of flexible stuff that your nephews and nieces will be amazed with. Para kang clown. - My nieces and nephews are mababaw. They will love you forever if you dance to the music of Michael Jackson and the Biebs.
- How can this be number 4?! You can eat anything and not get fat. If you have discipline (which I don't), you can actually lose weight and have a sexy body! - I would have to try like 3-4 times of yoga a week.
- After you get out of the room, even if you were lying down the whole time, you can say, "Hell yeah! I've done that!". It's such a sense of accomplishment and it really is. = TRUE again. Masabi lang nakapag-yoga! Haha, Seriously, I enjoyed doing it even though I was
nauseaousnauseas nauseaticnahihilo towards the end.

I'll have to throw away my Lazy bones and maximize that P700 unli yoga for a week.
